Koramco Life Infrastructure REIT, managed by Koramco Asset Trust, is selling 19 gas stations across South Korea. The sale is part of its plan to restructure its portfolio and reinvest in new growth assets.

Eight of the stations are in the Seoul metropolitan area, four in Incheon and four in Gyeonggi Province. Four more are in Daejeon and North Chungcheong, four in Daegu and North Gyeongsang, and three in South Gyeongsang. Some sit near industrial complexes and main roads, and others are next to residential and commercial areas. Several are self-service stations, and the REIT’s portfolio includes Hyundai Oilbank-branded sites.

This is the REIT’s second round of gas station sales in 2026. In December 2025, it had already put 18 Hyundai Oilbank stations on the market.

Cushman & Wakefield Korea, the sales advisor, expects interest from station operators and also from developers and investors interested in redeveloping the sites or putting them to new uses. Stations in city centers or along major roads are increasingly seen as development land, not just places to sell fuel.
