Kwik Trio to start selling E15 at the pump

Kwik Trip has announced the addition of E15 (a fuel with 15% ethanol) to its fuel offering at gas stations.

After offering E85 for a number of years, the fuel and convenience retailer has decided to also introduce E15 across its fuelling network. The roll out of the fuel will begin in its locations across the Midwest with plans to expand E15 to its more than 500 sites.

“Adding E15 was an important step for us. It’s a clean-burning, high-performing fuel that also delivers savings when drivers pull up to the pump,” said Joel Hirschboeck, Kwik Trip General Manager of Fuel Procurement and Marketing.

E15 is approved for any car 2001 and newer, which accounts for 9 out of 10 cars on the road today.
