Lukoil adds parcel lockers at 27 stations in the Netherlands
The fuel retailer is expanding its service offering through a partnership with De Buren, enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels while visiting Lukoil locations.
Lukoil has partnered with Dutch parcel locker operator De Buren to install parcel lockers at 27 service stations across the Netherlands, further expanding the retailer’s role as a multi-service destination for customers.
The rollout, concentrated mainly in southern Netherlands, will bring automated parcel collection and return services to Lukoil locations in cities including Maastricht, Alblasserdam, Leerdam and Capelle aan den IJssel. Most of the lockers have already been installed, with the remaining sites expected to be completed in the coming months.
According to the companies, the initiative is designed to make parcel services more accessible by placing lockers at locations that are already part of customers’ daily travel routines. Motorists will be able to collect, send or return packages while fueling, charging their vehicles or using other on-site services.
Many of the selected Lukoil stations are located along major access roads and within densely populated residential areas, where parcel pickup points are often limited. The lockers will be available 24/7, allowing residents to access parcel services at any time.

De Buren’s parcel lockers are a valuable addition and help us provide an even more comprehensive offering for our customers.”
The lockers will form part of De Buren’s open network, allowing multiple parcel carriers to use the same infrastructure. Current users of the network include DHL, DHL Express, DPD and UPS, enabling customers to receive parcels from different delivery companies at a single location.
