Lukoil selects ICASA Suite to manage their stations in Benelux
Suppliers Dover Fueling Solutions and TSG have also been part of the roll out process.
International fuel and convenience retailer Lukoilhas rolled out the ICASA Suite in the Benelux region to manage sites from the cloud. Dover Fueling Solutions supplied the FuelPOS and Crypto terminal while TSG (Tokheim Service Group) was responsible for the installation and services.
“We needed a solid solution for managing our stations and shops, from mobile payments and POS operations, to analysis, reporting, inventory management and invoicing. That is why we were looking for a software supplier with a total and integrated solution,” said Thomas Wellens, IT Manager of Lukoil Western Europe.
ICASA has integrated the station's head and back office (for fuel and shop) into the POS system making the management of the stations easier, more flexible and more user-friendly, according to the retailer.
“By further automating all business processes into a central management system, we assist LUKOIL in maximizing their productivity, controlling their costs and managing their energy business,” said Rudi Bollen, CEO of ICASA Group.
Lukoil has a network of 185 petrol stations in Belgium and Luxembourg.
