Tokheim, part of Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) and one of the largest suppliers of fuel retailing solutions, celebrates its second successive win from BPCL in a year, following the first dispenser tender award in 2016.

The new tender will allow for 5,000 of the Tokheim Quantium fuel dispensers with enhanced fraud prevention features, to be installed across BPCL’s retail network in India.

BPCL is an Indian state-controlled Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking active in the oil and gas industry. According to the company website, the Corporation’s mission is to “offer world-class fuel stations across the country, selling petrol, diesel, automotive LPG and CNG” in the network of nearly 14,000 forecourts nationwide.

“This major dispenser tender win, together with strong growth in other emerging and growth markets, ensures a very successful future for Dover Fueling Solutions in the region,” says Tom Cerovski, Vice President and General Manager of the DFS Dispenser Business Unit.

The Tokheim Quantium dispenser range has been designed specifically for the requirements of the India, Africa & Middle East markets to handle a variety of fuel types.

Just days ago DFS announced the opening of its new and extended manufacturing plant in Navi Mumbai, India.
