McPhy, TSG partner on hydrogen station segment
The alliance will see TSG maintaining some of McPhy’s hydrogen stations to support the company’s industrial scale-up, and includes joint participation to respond to calls for tender.
McPhy, a company specialised in zero-carbon hydrogen production and distribution equipment, has signed a strategic agreement with TSG, a leader in the installation and 24/7 maintenance of filling stations, to delegate the maintenance of some of its hydrogen stations and to jointly respond to some calls for tender, according to a company’s press release.
The agreement signed with TSG will allow McPhy to offer 24/7 maintenance for its hydrogen stations, supporting the service offer for the industrial scale-up of the company’s projects. Currently, McPhy industrial network comprises 35 hydrogen stations installed or being installed.
The agreement also includes participation in joint tenders without imposing an exclusive relationship between the two partners, who will remain free to develop collaborations with third parties in the hydrogen station segment.
Launched in 2008 in France, McPhy Energy develops and supplies hydrogen production, storage, and distribution equipment for hydrogen energy, zero emission mobility, and industrial hydrogen markets worldwide.
TSG has over 40,000 stations (fuel, gas and electric) under contract across Europe.
