Mobile app to place food orders launched
Convenience store chain QuickChek is now offering a quicker way to order food at the c-store’s 142 locations in New Jersey, New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island.
Starting March 14, customers can download in their smartphones the QuickChek mobile app, available at www.quickchek.com , the App Store, and Google Play, through which they can place any food order including breakfast menus, sandwiches, and salads.
The app also enables customers to choose the store where to pick up the order and the time when they want to pick it up. Orders can be made between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m.
QuickChek staff will prepare the orders to coincide with the pick-up time, ensuring freshness and correct temperatures, reported CSP Daily News.
Upon entering the store, customers don’t need to cue as a designated area will be provided for mobile orders. They can also select any other items they wish to purchase, pay, and be quickly on their way.
“Our new mobile ordering enables us to provide even greater convenience for our on-the-go customers. We feel this new service will add to the experience our customers enjoy as they can now customize their meal exactly as they like it without waiting on line,” said QuickChek CEO Dean Durling.
