Mol Romania appoints new CFO
Zoltán Magyar took over the CFO position of MOL Romania as of March 1st, 2017.
Prior to his appointment in Romania, he ensured several key-positions within MOL Group, including the role of Country Chairman of MOL Kalegran Ltd., a subsidiary of MOL Group in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Mol Romania is one of the biggest companies in the country. It operates a network of over 200 fuel stations in Romania and had a turnover of over EUR 1 billion in 2015, according to Energy World.
“MOL Romania is a strong company, with an impressive track record and a solid growth potential. The local experience is well-known across the Group, therefore it is an honour for me to join the Romanian team,” said Zoltán Magyar.
Magyar replaces former CFO Cristian Ungureanu, who will be moving to another company or business.
Back in November, fuel retailer MOL Romania appointed Camelia Ene, 40, as new chief executive, becoming the youngest CEO in the oil industry.
