Murphy USA Inc. closes acquisition of QuickChek
The national convenience and fuel retailer will add 157 gas stations and convenience stores to its network.
Murphy USA Inc. announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of QuickChek.
As a result of this transaction, Murphy USA significantly enhances its network with 157 stores located in the Northeast and growing its total station count to more than 1,650.

The $645 million transaction will be financed with a combination of cash on hand, existing credit facilities and new debt.
