Nigeria: Forte Oil partners with First Bank, Interswitch to launch rewards card
Forte Oil (FO) PLC, in partnership with First Bank of Nigeria and digital payments company Interswitch, has developed a payment solution that gives rewards to its loyal customers, reported thisdaylive.com.
The Lagos, Nigeria-based energy group has introduced ‘FO Advantage Card’ as part of the company’s nationwide customer loyalty and reward programme.
Customers will get rewards every time they use the card to purchase fuel and lubricants at Forte Oil gas stations, according to the Group Chief Executive Officer of Forte Oil Plc Akin Akinfemiwa.
Akinfemiwa added that the paying with the card is more convenient than cash transactions, all the payments are safe and secure, and the ‘FO Advantage Card’ can also be used where the Verve card is accepted.
“At FO, we treasure our customers’ patronage and our aspiration is to always offer excellent services at all times and it is in pursuit of providing customer-centric service to our discerning customers, that we came up with the initiative to introduce a loyalty prepaid card, designed to reward the patronage of our customers,” Akinfemiwa explained.
