Petrobras chief, five board members abruptly resign
Petrobras said on February 4 that its president Graca Foster and five board directors resigned.
The resignations are effective February 6 when the administration council will meet to elect new board members.
The resignations occur as some of Petrobras top officials, including Foster, had been involved in a long investigation process of the company’s financial activities by the country's authorities..
