PetroForum Mena 2015 sells out
PetroForum Mena 2015 sells out ahead of the two-day event taking place in September 29th-30th in Muscat, Oman, bringing together the leading oil companies and fuel retailers from across the region.
The latest company to partner with the Middle East PetroForum event is Opcons Vendosa, a specialist in outdoor advertising and corporate identity; following the partnerships of Oman Oil, Blue Sky Electronic, and PetrolPlaza as a media partner.
“Our company is to play a more active role in the overseas markets in 2015 and taking up the Silver Partner role at PetroForum MENA, enables us to introduce ourselves and gain immediate feedback from the region’s leading fuel retailers,” said Kaan Baran, Managing Partner of Opcons Vendosa.
The event consists of two days of conferences, meetings and seminar sessions. There are 130 expected attendees, with an estimated 40 industry suppliers and 35 fuel retailers participating in PetroForum Mena 2015.
Emma Faure, Founder and Director of OpenRoom Events, organizer of the PetroForum portfolio of events, spoke to PetrolPlaza about the aims and characteristics: “The focus of the event is simple – giving oil companies and suppliers the opportunity to connect, discuss new ideas and cement relationships in a relaxed but business like setting. Time and time again we find nothing beats face-to-face interaction. In addition to the networking opportinties, there will be presentations covering modular construction, food franchising, mobile payments and reduction of water consumption at the petrol station."
PetroForum MENA is part of a portfolio of targeted regional events for the downstream retail sector. The most recent was PetroForum Africa 2015 in South Africa earlier this year, while PetroForum APAC will take place from 7-9 March 2016 in Bangkok.
