Petroperú expands its VAO stores reach with new openings
The fuel retailer already has more than nine commercial establishments in its service stations located in Lima, Trujillo and Piura.
Petroperú has opened the first VAO convenience store in the Piura region, which expands its reach to nine outlets nationwide. The new point of sale offers a range of good quality products at competitive prices to drivers travelling on the Paita-Sullana road to the seaside resort of Colán.
The site’s inauguration was recently carried out by the fuel retailer alongside its strategic partner Consorcio Zacas SAC. The objective of this opening is to offer customers a new experience at the stations as well as to strengthen Petroperú's presence and identity in the national fuel market.
A total of nine VAO convenience stores have been opened in the cities of Lima, Trujillo and Piura. In these stores, the brand implements a franchise-type standardisation model that includes the optimization of the customer service process.
This strategy has helped Petroperú to rank first in the CX Index Ranking, Peru Customer Experience Index 2022, organised by Centrum PUCP, Datum International and XCustomer Group. The company was distinguished in the Service Stations category, for standing out in the dimensions of brand, product, service and emotional experience.
