Poland’s Orlen reaches accords with Italy’s Eni to buy products, oil
Polski Koncern Naftowy (PKN) Orlen said that on March it reached accords with companies of the Eni group for the purchase of products and crude oil.
The agreements include one signed between PKN ORLEN and Eni Trading and Shipping for crude oil deliveries to AB Orlen Lietuva, accordint to the statement.
The volume was significant as PKN Orlen had to disclose the information “due to the fact that their total value exceeds 10% of PKN Orlen’s equity", the company said.
