Q1 Energie taps new smart locker services
The fuel retailer has partnered with myflexbox to integrate last-mile infrastructure across its service station network in Germany.
Q1 Energie AG is rolling out last-mile infrastructure across its fuel retail network in Germany thanks to its new partnership with myflexbox.
The first parcel station has been established at a Q1 station in Bremen, as part of the retailer’s vision of service stations increasingly developing into multi-service hubs. This location enables the contactless and flexible collection, dispatch and return of parcels.
“With myflexbox, we offer our customers attractive added value: with us, they can combine refueling, washing, shopping and now also picking up or sending their parcels from various service providers - around the clock or during our generous opening hours,” said Matthias Rähse, Shop Business Developer at Q1.
Both companies plan to expand their collaboration to other service stations across Germany. Their aim is to make urban life more sustainable and livable by expanding the network of smart parcel stations.
Q1 is an independent German medium-sized company, currently operating over 230 locations and more than 160 charging points throughout Germany.
