RaceTrac taps Nielsen for industry insight
RaceTrac renews its contract with market analyst Nielsen to have greater insight into the industry.
Nielsen has announced today the renewal of contracted services for data insights and analytics for RaceTrac convenience stores. As an analytics provider, Nielsen will expand its services to now measure more than 450 RaceTrac convenience stores, covering market metrics for Georgia, Florida, Louisiana and Texas.
As RaceTrac expands its food service offerings and makes an effort to strengthen its roots in the communities where it operates, Nielsen's analytics will allow the fuel retailer to create a better consumer experience, according to the company.
“This expanded relationship will provide us better analytics surrounding our share of market, an improved geographical reporting structure and a stronger understanding of the impact of our marketing efforts, all of which will impact our future business strategy,” said Dayna Reed, Director of Reporting and Insights at RaceTrac.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, third-generation led, family-owned RaceTrac has been serving guests since 1934 and now operates more than 450 convenience store locations in Georgia, Florida, Louisiana and Texas.
