ReFuelForum Africa: an event for a market that’s poised for growth
The final ReFuel Forum of the year focuses on Africa on November 1st and 2nd in Cape Town.
Urbanisation, technology, rising incomes and political stability all point to the Continent’s potential to be the world’s next growth market. Fuel retailers and customers are transitioning fast with rising car ownership, development of non-fuel retail and digitalisation of the forecourt.
Following a 3 and a half year absence, ReFuelForum Africa makes a timely return and presents a powerful opportunity to reconnect and invest in a market that is nicely poised for growth.
Major and National oil companies across the region such as Vivo Energy, Sasol, Puma Energy, OLA Energy, BP, Engen, OVH, Petromoc and NOCK will be in force alongside some new, emerging retailers. Leading manufacturers and suppliers will complete the audience, including Gilbarco Veeder Root (Headline Partner), PDI (Gold Partner), First African Signs (Signage Partner), and many more cutting-edge suppliers supporting the developing African market.
Chairing the conference is Mohamed Carrim, Cluster Managing Director, Puma Energy. He will steer delegates through sessions on ‘A New Era for Fuel Retail’ from leading consultant, BCG; a panel on Alternative Fuels; repositioning the forecourt for the new age of mobility; and leveraging data to navigate shifts in fuel retail.
Against a backdrop of over 500 one-on-ones between retailer and supplier, the 2 days present a hyper-efficient opportunity to build relationships and generate new business.
