Repsol has presented an evolution of its brand identity as part of its strategy to offer a complete range of energy solutions. According to the company, the aim is to respond to the different mobility and energy supply needs in the home, integrating different energy sources.

In terms of design, the characteristic silhouette of the Repsol symbol is maintained, but volume and movement are introduced. The typography is updated using lowercase letters to convey closeness and the blue and orange colors incorporate a gradient that reaches magenta. An exclusive typography has also been developed, called ‘Sole Repsol’, and a sound identity that will be progressively implemented on the network.

"Transforming ourselves to always be at the customer's side, to meet their needs today and anticipate those of the future. What we are sharing today at Repsol is nothing more than the confirmation of this strategy, which has allowed us to anticipate mobility solutions and new services for the more than one million people who pass through our stations every day," José Barreiro Pérez-Pardo, Executive Director of Mobility at Repsol, commented on LinkedIn.

The implementation of the new image has started in some service stations in Madrid (Mateo Inurria and Alfonso XIII), in multi-energy offices in Bilbao and Cáceres and in a service station in Portugal. According to the rollout plan, by 2025 it is expected to reach more than 100 service stations, 600 recharging points and 100 multi-energy offices with the new identity.

Repsol has accompanied this change with an advertising campaign that highlights the relevance of energy in everyday life, using the slogan “Con toda la Energía” (With all the energy).
