Simba Corporation and Vivo Energy seal new key partnership
Vivo Energy Kenya has sealed a partnership with local diversified business group, Simba Corporation.
Through this deal, Vivo Energy will access vehicle leasing solutions from Simba Corporation, and will maintain their exclusive lubricants suppy for the upcoming Simba Corporation Westlands Service Centre.
The two firms have also announced the unveiling of the Simba-Shell co-branded fuel loyalty card for customers who purchase vehicles from Simba Corporation.
“Essentially, this Simba Corp Vehicle Leasing product is tailor-made to the needs of Vivo Energy Kenya and will allow them to concentrate on their core business,” said Simba Corp Group CEO Adil Popat.
Once the construction of the Simba Corporation Westlands Service Centre is finished, it will provide a supply opportunity for more than 100,000 litres of assorted Shell lubricants and automotive oils, according to Vivo Energy.
Vivo Energy Kenya Managing Director, Mr Polycarp Igathe, said that the partnership has been inspired by the firm’s commitment to maintain world-class business management principles.
