Spain: Naturgy opens new CNG station in Toledo
Naturgy inaugurates a natural gas fuelling station at an AVIA site in Toledo, Spain.
This station is the first of three public sites that Naturgy is going to open in the coming months in Castilla-La Mancha. Currently, the company has three stations for NGVs in the Spanish, central region.
"This new gas station represents a step forward for the company in its commitment to advance in the transition to clean energy models in transport that contribute to improving air quality and people's health," said José Luis Gil, Naturgy's Director of Customers and Markets.
The opening ceremony was attended by political figures and representatives from the car industry with compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles in their offering: SEAT, Fiat Professional, Volkswagen and Iveco.
The new map of natural gas vehicle fuelling points in Spain will meet the increase in demand in the coming years and strengthen the availability of this fuel in the market, according to the company.
