UAE: Motorists trained for self-serve petrol stations
The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) is training customers around UAE to use self-serve stations.
Around different locations in the UAE, Adnoc has set up mock petrol stations to show motorists how to fill-up without spilling gasoline, reports Gulf News.
Adnoc will take the units of prototype petrol filling machine to different malls, municipalities and government departments of the country.
“It’s still early days, and we will be rolling Adnoc Flex out to many more stations over the coming months, but the results to date are certainly encouraging,” said Nasser Al Hammadi, chief retail officer
From June 30, Adnoc introduced Flex Services which provide motorists options of free self-service of filling petrol in vehicles.
