UK: AMACOR expansion continues at pace
With the goal of reaching 20 stores in the United Kingdom by the end of 2021, AMACOR launched its 14th location in Bradford, a Nisa Local-branded store.
AMACOR Capital Limited, a growing independent convenience store company in the United Kingdom, launched this week its 14th store in the country. Located in Bradford, the opening follows the completion of the company’s 13th store earlier this month in Calder Valley, West Yorkshire.
AMACOR’s growth strategy has the target of reaching 20 stores by the end of 2021, according to a company’s press release.
Previously trading as a Co-op, the 4,000 sq. ft. new Nisa Local branded store in Bradford is situated in a residential area. The shop will continue to offer Co-op own-brand products together with an expanded range of Asian and Polish products.
Future plans include the installation of a Costa Express, Tango Ice Blast and f’real machine to complement the food-to-go offering in-store.
