US natgas firm ventures into Mexico
Indiana-based CNG Source has partnered with V-Energia to develop a large compressed natural gas station (CNG) in Mexico, reported insideindianabusiness.com.
CNG Source Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Karim Bousfiha explained that the project involves constructing a natural gas station network, which will include four natural gas-powered compressors.
Its partner V-Energia, according to Bousfiha, operates Pemex branded gas stations and a fleet management firm and produces one of the most advanced wet-fuel dispensers for the Mexican market.
"The continued consolidation of the Mexican market will be at the top of our agenda for 2016, and we look to further leverage that base into additional regions by the end of next year," added Bousfiha.
CNG Source has offices in Indiana, Texas, and Mexico and lists Indianapolis International Airport, Seymour, Greensburg and Lafayette as some of its projects.
