US: Spatco Petroleum acquires Mid South Pump
SPATCO Petroleum Solutions, a subsidiary of SPATCO Energy Solutions, announced its acquisition of Tennessee-based Mid South Pump Sales and Services, reported prnewswire.com.
Mid South Pump is a licensed distributor of petroleum equipment and services including Wayne Fueling Systems and Veeder-Root brands.

North Carolina-based SPATCO (Southern Pump & Tank Company) Petroleum Solutions provides turnkey solutions for retail and commercial customers, including major oil companies, convenience stores, retail lube stores, oil jobbers and hypermarkets.
