Mammoth Holdings LLC announced that PureMagic Carwash has agreed to join the Mammoth family. PureMagic Carwash is a seven-centre express conveyor carwash operator with three additional units in development in Knoxville, Tennessee.
PureMagic's founders, Jim and Teri Rooney, each chose to invest a significant amount of their proceeds into Mammoth's equity, according to a company’s press release.
Jim will become a senior vice president on Mammoth’s executive team.
