Vivo Energy Jordan launches first Engen-branded station in Amman
Over the coming days the company will extend the first phase of the rollout with soft openings at additional sites.
Vivo Energy Jordan has soft-opened its first Engen-branded service station, located in the Wadi Saqra area of Amman, marking the start of the implementation phase of a plan to transform and upgrade its network of stations across the country. The milestone follows the completion of Vivo Energy's acquisition of TotalEnergies Marketing Jordan in July 2026.
Over the coming days, the company will extend the first phase of the rollout with soft openings at additional sites in Al-Muqabalein, Gardens, and Mecca Street, ahead of their official launches. The programme covers the rebranding and enhancement of former TotalEnergies stations, alongside a strengthening of Vivo Energy's commercial fuels, lubricants, and business solutions offerings.
Adel Saadallah, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Jordan, said the opening represents more than a change in brand identity.
"It marks the beginning of a new phase of investment and development, driven by a long-term vision to enhance the customer experience and raise the quality of services across the Kingdom," he said.
Saadallah described the acquisition as the starting point, with the Wadi Saqra opening the first visible step in that vision.
"We have launched a comprehensive programme to redevelop our service station network and invest in upgrading our facilities and services in line with global best practice," he added.
He said the brand transition would proceed gradually to ensure uninterrupted service, and that Jordan remains a strategic, long-term market for the Vivo Energy Group, which operates Africa's leading fuel and energy distribution network.
