ZIPS Car Wash Opens 8th Memphis Location
As one of the two sites in development recently acquired in the city, the brand continues to grow its presence across the country with a total of 275 outlets.
ZIPS Car Wash has opened its newest location in Memphis, Tennessee, marking its eighth site in the city. The brand celebrated the inauguration with offers and prizes during the weekend as well as special washes and memberships discounts.
During the ribbon cutting ceremony last week, ZIPS presented a $500 donation to Alpha Omega Veterans Services, a nonprofit charitable organisation that provides displaced and homeless veterans with the social services needed to totally reintegrate them back into society. This initiative is part of the brand’s commitment to give back to the communities’ it serves.
“We’re excited to open this brand-new location on this very busy thoroughfare for our loyal Memphis customers to enjoy 8 locations across the metro area. This site is one of two Memphis locations acquired during the development phase, and it’s equipped with some of the latest technologies in car washing and ZIPS complimentary amenities like microfiber towels, surface cleaner and self-serve vacuums for interior detailing,” said Mike Corey, Chief Development Officer of ZIPS Car Wash.
The company will further increase its Memphis presence with a second brand new location opening later this month on Whitten Road in Cordova. The newest location opening marks the growing brand's second development site to open this year.
ZIPS has achieved a record year of expansion in 2022 with 61 stores acquired over the past 10 months. ZIPS Car Wash now owns and operates 275 locations across the country under the ZIPS, Rocket Express and Jet Brite car wash brands.
