EG America announces changes in leadership positions
Whitney Johnson has been named Vice President of Loyalty and Digital Commerce while Lisa N’Chonon and Laura Sherman also were named as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, respectively.
EG America has announced a series of changes in the company’s leadership positions
First, Whitney Johnson has joined the company as Vice President of Loyalty and Digital Commerce, where she will spearhead and drive the company’s future growth through loyalty marketing and digital commerce.
Johnson most recently founded Capstone Growth Advisors, a consulting firm focused on the consumer packaged goods, e-commerce, and retail sectors that specializes in tailored growth strategies and c-suite advising services.
“We are excited to have Whitney join EG America. She brings the breadth and strength of experience we need in loyalty marketing, merchandising, and digital commerce strategies to propel the business forward,” said Brian Ferguson, Chief Marketing Officer.
Additionally, Lisa N’Chonon was recently named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of EG America. After serving in the role on an interim basis for the last 11 months, she will continue to lead all aspects of the Finance organization, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Treasury, and Risk Management.
Laura Sherman was also named General Counsel of EG America, leading all aspects of the Legal department, including litigation, contracts, records management, retail licensing and compliance, and regulatory matters.
