Hoyer introduces digital receipts across fuel retail network
A total of 242 locations will now offer customers a sustainable alternative while creating new digital touchpoints.
Hoyer has introduced digital receipts across its 242 service stations in Germany, ramping up sustainability and offering more convenience to customers.
In collaboration with anybill and MADIC Deutschland GmbH, the retailer is implementing a sustainable and customer-friendly solution. With the introduction of digital receipts, paper consumption and the associated costs are saved while a digital customer touchpoint is created at the same time.
“With the introduction of digital receipts, we not only want to actively contribute to reducing receipt waste, but also improve our customers' shopping experience and address them specifically via digital touchpoints,” explains Thies Frederick Lünzmann, Team Leader Project & Process Management HoyerCard.
Through this partnership, the company joins a list of medium-sized fuel retail chains that are driving this transformation, including Westfalen, Oest Energies and Q1 Energie.
With the introduction of digital receipts, Hoyer underlines its commitment to environmental responsibility and modern customer management, contributing to cost savings and optimized customer interaction as well.
