Italian fuel retail to see second strike of the year March 31-April 1
Organizations related to the industry of fuel retailing in Italy, including Faib Conferscenti, Fegica Cise and Anisa Confcommercio have confirmed the second trench of a strike scheduled for March 31-April 1.
The strike follows a meeting with Transportation ministry authorities in late March where “there was not a response” to some of the group’s demands to discuss some of the main problems affecting the industry.
This is a continuation of a similar stoppage earlier this year. It was not immediately clear the extent of participation planned by members of those industry groups representing workers and operators of fuel stations.
