Kum & Go switches to McLane for c-store business

Convenience retailer Kum & Go has reached an agreement for McLane Company to serve as its grocery wholesaler effective in in 2018.

From the second quarter of 2018, Kum & Go will switch grocery wholesalers for its more than 400 stores in the Midwestern United States. The retailer has reached an agreement with McLane Company to become its new grocery supplier from spring of 2018. .

“McLane’s commitment to technology and operational excellence will be critical as we work together to develop and implement solutions benefitting our customers and associates,” said Chris Jones, senior vice president of marketing at Kum & Go.

McLane is one of the largest supply chain services leaders, providing grocery and foodservice supply chain solutions to convenience stores across the U.S.
