Löfbergs becomes Circle K’s sole coffee partner in Europe
The three-year deal covers more than 4,000 stations as the retailer strengthens its coffee platform across 12 markets.
Löfbergs has been appointed the exclusive coffee partner for Circle K’s European service stations under a three-year agreement covering more than 4,000 sites in 12 countries. The partnership will see the coffee brand gradually rolled out across Circle K locations, expanding an existing presence in Nordic markets and Ireland.
The agreement includes key markets such as Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Baltic states. Circle K operates around 5,200 stations in Europe, with coffee offered at most locations, making the category central to its retail strategy.
The collaboration aims to standardize and enhance the coffee experience across the network through a simplified and consistent offer, based on whole beans and ground coffee. It also reflects continued investment in both self-serve and served formats, alongside retail and cold beverage concepts.
Circle K highlighted product quality, sourcing and sustainability as key factors in the selection. Alison Lynch, European Director Coffee & Dispensed Beverages at Circle K, said the company plans to introduce new blends, recipes and innovations across its network.
Sustainability remains a core component of the agreement, with emphasis on responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency. The partnership also supports Löfbergs’ international expansion strategy while reinforcing coffee as a central pillar of Circle K’s retail offer.
