MOL Polska, the Polish subsidiary of the MOL Group, has announced the integration of Slovnaft Polska’s stations as part of its strategy to unify its wholesale and retail operations into one organization.

With the integration of Slovnaft Polska’s wholesale business and MOL Polska’s retail operations, the company aims to offer a comprehensive service to customers and partners in Poland.

This move will streamline operations and enhance the company's presence in the country, making it easier to deliver a wide range of products and services.

The integration represents a corporate change with no impact on existing agreements, which will remain in force. The formal integration of the two entities is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Slovnaft Polska has been a major player in Poland’s wholesale market since 1997, mainly in the southern region of the country. Since 2006, the company has been running its proprietary Slovnaft Partner programme, under which it supplies fuels to nearly 90 fuel stations.
