Neste looks for visionary renewable fuels concept
Neste and rapper Prince Ea have launched a project that enables people to participate in the development of future renewable products and services.
The project, Pre-Order the Future, focuses on product and service ideas across five topics: public spaces, entertainment, travel, learning, and mobility. Everyone is encouraged to comment and vote on their favorite ideas and submit their own ideas how to use renewable raw materials in the future.
"We are determined to create responsible choices every day and we want as many people as possible to get involved in this journey", says Matti Lievonen, Neste's President and CEO.
In August 2016, a jury will choose one of the five product or service concepts to be developed into a prototype that will be launched in January 2017.
"In this project everyone can participate and really make a difference to the environment. It is what makes this project so unique: it's a worldwide collaboration for a healthier planet - that is the most compelling", Prince Ea commented.
