Orlen's mobile app has exceeded one million registered users in the Czech Republic, reflecting the growing role of digital services in fuel retail. The platform, launched in 2020, integrates loyalty rewards, mobile payments and station navigation, supporting customers throughout their daily interactions at filling stations.

The app allows users to pay for fuel directly at the pump, collect loyalty points via QR code and redeem rewards on products and services, including items from the Stop Cafe offer. Customers can also access station locations, manage transactions and store digital receipts within the app.

According to Orlen, usage extends beyond registrations, with more than 10,000 new users joining each month and regular engagement across features such as payments and loyalty. Food and beverage rewards are among the most popular, with thousands of items redeemed monthly, particularly hot dogs and hot drinks.

The platform also includes gamification elements, such as promotional campaigns and reward-based activities, designed to encourage interaction and repeat visits. Mobile payments can be completed either at the pump or through vehicle infotainment systems using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, reducing transaction time and streamlining the refueling process.

Beyond commercial functions, the app enables users to donate loyalty points to charitable initiatives. Through partnerships with organizations such as ADRA and the Czech Olympic Foundation, users have contributed over two million Czech crowns to social projects.
