Mexican convenience giant OXXO has formally launched its partnership with Uber Eats, bringing nearly 3,000 everyday products to doorsteps across Mexico.

The service is now available in more than 25 cities, including Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puebla, Querétaro and Mexico City. Through the Uber Eats app, customers can order a wide selection of OXXO staples, ranging from snacks and soft drinks to hygiene items, cleaning supplies and pet food.

Paola Aguilar, Retail Director at Uber Eats, described the launch as a step towards making convenience “even more accessible” for millions of people. She noted that the scale of both brands enables faster service during everyday routines as well as major events, such as the upcoming football World Cup.

OXXO, which operates more than 24,000 stores nationwide, sees the alliance as part of its broader omnichannel strategy. According to Cynthia González, the chain’s e‑commerce manager, the move helps OXXO adapt to evolving consumption habits by offering a “more connected, simple and useful” customer experience.
