Pilot kicks off national hiring season with 10,000 job openings
The hiring push comes as summer road travel volumes are expected to climb across North America.
Pilot is recruiting 10,000 new team members across its network of more than 900 North American travel centers ahead of the peak summer travel season.
The US-based travel center operator serves 1.2 million road travelers daily and currently employs more than 30,000 people nationwide. Open positions span hourly roles, leadership positions, facility maintenance technicians, fuel tanker drivers and on-site restaurant staff.
The company is positioning itself as a long-term employer, offering a benefits package that includes weekly pay, 401(k) retirement savings, low-cost health coverage, on-demand healthcare access and tuition assistance. Travel center staff and drivers also receive daily meal credits and fuel discounts.
