Tesla installs chargers at CU Korea convenience stores

Tesla Korea has installed seven slow-charging electric vehicle (EV) stations at CU convenience stores which are accessible to highway and near South Korean capital of Seoul.

They have been installed at four CU stores in Gapyeong, Cheongpyeong, Uiwang, and Bibong in Gyeonggi Province, according to Yonhap News Agency.

These EV stations can fully charge vehicles for more than 10 hours and offer free charging to Tesla car owners.

Tesla Korea has installed in the country 112 slow-charging stations and 11 superchargers, which can fully charge a Tesla vehicle for about an hour.
