Weigel’s to deploy POP Marketing across retail footprint
The Tennessee-based retailer will roll out the strategy across its 73 stores in a push for producing new marketing opportunities in partnership with GSP.
Weigel’s has announced the roll out of POP Marketing assets throughout its retail network, all located within 125 miles of their corporate headquarters in Powell, Tennessee. The retailer has chosen GSP to provide the service at all of its 73 stores.
The family owned brand operates a network of shops with bright and spacious layouts, representing state-of-art convenience retailing, premium customer service, and locally sourced products. Apart from its c-store chain, the company also operates a dairy and a bakery.
“Our shoppers have enjoyed their favorites from the dairy cooler for decades. They now rely on us for so much more… locally sourced baked goods, fair trade coffee from organic family farms, and freshly prepared meals right from our stores. Conveying these values helps keep our customers returning,” said Nicholas Triantafellou, Director of Marketing and Merchandising at Weigel’s.
GSP’s POP plan for Weigel’s includes store specific kits that reduce wasted print materials, shipping costs, and fuel needed in the fulfillment process.
