WOQOD opens new petrol station in Qatar
The opening of Umm Ebairiya site raised the network of WOQOD petrol stations to 81.
Umm Ebairiya petrol station is spread over an area of 7500 square meters and has 3 lanes with 6 dispensers that will serve Umm Ebairiya and its neighborhood.
The new gas station offers round-the-clock services to residents, and includes a Sidra convenience store, manual car wash, oil change and tire repair, sale of LPG cylinders, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles.
“WOQOD aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products", commented WOQOD's CEO, Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi.
Further he added that WOQOD is currently overseeing the implementation of 15 new petrol stations, most of these stations are expected to be operational in 2019, noting that there are 6 stations in the bidding phase and 26 stations in the design phase.
As part of its strategic expansion plan, WOQOD is targeting the completion of a total of 130 fuel stations by the end of 2020.
