Yesway files for up to $100M IPO

Convenience store chain Yesway has filed with the U.S. Securites and Exchange Commission for a $100 million initial public offering. The Texas-based convenience store chain is currently held by private equity firm Brookwood Financial Partners LLC.

The operator of Yesway and Allsup's branded convenience store plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "YSWY." The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Yesway is one of the fastest-growing c-store operators in the United States, with 403 company-operated stores. The geographic footprint consists of stores located in attractive rural and suburban markets across the Midwest and Southwest.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BMO Capital Markets and Barclays are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering.

In November, Yesway completed the private placement of an additional $235 million of equity.
