Fuuse takes on 1,000 former bp pulse fleet depot customers
The charge point management platform, backed by Drax Electric Vehicles for maintenance, will migrate more than 14,000 depot charging sockets across the UK while honouring existing hardware warranties.
Fuuse has been selected as the exclusive migration partner for around 1,000 former bp pulse fleet “depot” charging customers, with more than 14,000 sockets between them. The charge point management platform will move customers onto its software, so fleets can keep their existing charging hardware without rip-and-replace programmes. Drax Electric Vehicles, part of Drax Group, will provide nationwide service, maintenance and warranty support.
The move follows bp pulse’s withdrawal from the UK workplace charging market in 2025 to focus on its on-the-go hubs and rapid network. Fuuse and bp pulse worked together for more than a year on hardware testing and platform development ahead of the migration, which the partners describe as one of the largest in the UK EV charging sector.
“This is about more than just software. It’s about protecting customer investment, maintaining operational continuity and making what could feel like a disruptive change, incredibly straightforward,” said James Chapman, Strategic Sales Director at Fuuse.
Customers register through a link in bp pulse’s notification email. Fuuse’s onboarding team then validates infrastructure requirements, confirms service arrangements and guides each fleet through the transfer.
