Pilot integrates fuel card data into unified fleet platform

New connection enables real-time tracking and fraud detection across fuel sources.

Pilot Company fuel card data is now integrated into a unified fleet management platform, enabling operators to consolidate fuel transactions alongside other data sources. The update allows fleets using Pilot fuel cards, credit cards and onsite fuel systems to access a single view of total fuel expenditure.

The integration addresses a common challenge for fleet operators, where fuel data is often fragmented across multiple systems and requires manual reconciliation. By connecting Pilot transactions with telematics data, the platform enables real-time tracking of fuel usage and automatic cross-referencing with vehicle activity.

This approach allows fleet managers to monitor spending patterns more accurately while identifying discrepancies or potential misuse. Each transaction is linked to vehicle data, helping detect irregularities such as unauthorized fueling or inconsistent consumption.

The integration, developed by Fleevo, reduces reliance on manual data aggregation and simplifies reporting, particularly at month-end, when consolidating fuel costs can be time-consuming. By combining multiple fuel sources into a single interface, fleets can gain clearer visibility of operational costs and improve financial control.
